Hippity Hoppity!

On Good Friday, we packed up and headed to the lake for the 29th Annual Sutton Spring Open. We had a big BBQ on Friday and then Saturday was the big golf tournament. Except for an occasional rain shower the weather was really nice. I don't believe any Suttons won this year but I am certain fun was had by all. The little boys had fun playing together. Sage and Hallie were the two new "greats" added to the group since last year. Next year they are going to give the boys a run for their money. Can't wait! Already looking forward to it!

Aunt Dawny brought over some side walk chalk. Maddox took it upon himself to make people lay on the deck so he could draw them. Here is Sean getting drawn....looks just like him doesn't it! Haha!

Hallie girl. Got to love those Sutton cheeks!

Maddox enjoying some snacks.

The Rockley girls and Sage

Fran showing some love to Sage.

Aren't these girls so cleaver! Apparently they ran out of the letter "S"

Saturday the ladies and the kiddos hung out at the house and played. We had a big Easter egg hunt for the little boys and they loved it! Grammy, Laura and I were able to make a quick run to the mall and then we came back to enjoy a taco dinner. Since we were celebrating my birthday we also had some delicious Cold Stone birthday cakes.

Filling eggs for the big hunt.

Sage was excited to see her Daddy...and eat his hat.

How to get three little boys sit and take a picture, you ask? Say, "don't smile!" Works like a charm.

Eggs had been "hidden"

Boys waiting patiently...

And they're off!

Maddox was a little shy at first but quickly figured it out.

Sage got an egg!

Maddox figured out there was candy in the eggs and decided he couldn't wait to enjoy those chocolates.

After a quick break he was back at it.

Some eggs were empty and some had candy. Tyson figured this out and was not very pleased. Here he is shaking the egg to make sure this egg was worth his time!

Papi helping with the extras.

The "greaties" (as Nanny says). Poor Hallie was snoozing and missed out on the Easter egg fun.

Tom and Laura with Sage

Blayton was so sweet to Sage. Look at that kiss!

Hallie and Sage were never awake at the same time all day so this is the best we could do with a picture of the two.

Sunday we all slept in a little bit and ate a nice little breakfast before heading back to Kansas. The weekend was great!

The Easter Bunny was so good!
