Today we celebrated Cinco de Mayo by going to the Royals game. The game started right when naps should be starting so we had our doubts that it would go well. We started with lunch at Panera, they almost fell asleep on the way. The kids showed off their shirts.
It was a bit chilly and windy but not terrible.

We had good seats, front row of the second tier so the kids were able to move around without bothering anyone
Sage REALLY wanted to stand in the crack of the seat.
Eventually, the tiredness turned into boredness so we went to the Outfield Experience for some fun. Sage rode the Merry-Go-Round.
While Maddox miniature golfed with Elliot, who was there as well. Nice coincidence.
When Maddox saw Sage on the Merry-Go-Round, he wanted to go.
Which made Sage want to go again.

We had baseball cards made before we headed home early.
Both kids fell asleep on the way home and we got home in time to watch the game go into extra innings and the Royals win! It was a fun day.
