Our weekend was full of summer fun!
Friday night was movie night! Maddox had seen the preview for a new movie ,Lucky Duck, on the Disney channel a few weeks ago and really wanted to see it. We set that night aside and made it a movie night!
All good movie nights include pizza, ice cream and popcorn!
Saturday morning the Schoonovers and Saunders joined us at the pool.
Always a great time with this crew.
After all that morning swimming, the kids were exhausted. They had great naps and lounged around the rest of the day. Sean, on the other hand, spent his day digging a hole for the basketball goal he purchased for his birthday. When the concrete was poured, we stamped little hands.
Sunday started and ended great! We met the Burgerts to celebrate Sean's birthday. We met at a little park while we waited for Blue Moose to open for brunch.
This brunch is so delicious and a favorite for everyone...even the littles. And for my kids, that's saying something!
We ended the day at the pool, of course. Maddox is a super star in the pool but he's about to have some competition.
This little sass decided today is the day that she jumps in the pool unassisted...over and over and over, loving every minute of it. She couldn't be stopped.
AND, swimming with her face in the water- NO BIG DEAL.
