I'm not sure how we are already to the last school party of the year but here we are. Valentine's Day party! Or "friendship" party if we are being politically correct.
Sage worked hard on her castle box.
She was so happy and proud of her finished product.
She picked apple sauce pouches and Frozen Valentines to hand out to her friends.
Her school really encourages each student to write their own name and their friends names. It took some time and patience but she did a great job.
Maddox lucked out and didn't have to make a box. He picked Chex-Mix to hand out with the most hilarious Valentine's ever.
We like big bows and we can not lie.
Maddox's party was up first. In lieu of making a box at home, the students decorated bags to collect their Valentine's. This was GREAT! They played games, passed out Valentine's, decorated signs and snacked on yummy treats. A pretty perfect party for a 1st grader.
Valentine's Day seem a lot like Halloween. Lots of candy!
Sage's party was full of games, treats and Valentine's. I don't have any pictures to prove it but she loved her day.
